1x1 PRIVATE SESSIONS for INDIVIDUALS

We can meet once a week or once every two weeks for a one hour session.
After each session I will provide you with topics for reflection and small tasks to be completed before the next session.
From week to week we will work together to progress your skills, mindset and motivation to progress towards your goals, whatever they may be. In between sessions you can contact me anytime by email for extra support on the work we are doing together. I recommend starting with a 6 or 12 week block depending on your needs and the frequency of sessions.

MONTHLY MENTORSHIP for INDIVIDUALS

Work with me over a 12 month period, meeting once a month. This is a great way to follow up after you feel you have made significant progress from your weekly or fortnightly sessions. When you feel ready, this Monthly Mentorship can be a way to keep you on track and truly integrate the changes you have made in your life. I will continue to support you with reflections and small tasks to keep you accountable and progressing. We can also start this way if the circumstances are right.
